Accommodation with your children

QI am considering bringing my child to stay with me, is there a fee?
A
There is no additional charge for children of elementary school age and under who sleep with their parents.
However, the following charges will apply when breakfast is served.
Children of elementary school age: 1,700 yen (including tax and service charge)
Children under elementary school age: Free of charge
The buffet menu includes morning rice porridge, hot vegetables, soups, etc., which are suitable for infants and toddlers. If you have any allergies, please ask the restaurant staff for the "Allergy Ingredient List" for the breakfast menu.
QDo you have amenities, loungewear (pajamas), or slippers for children?
A
Children of elementary school age and younger do not incur an additional charge if they sleep with their parents. However, children's towels and amenities can be purchased separately at the front desk if they require them.
(Charge: 500 yen/towel, toothbrush, nightwear (length 80cm), slippers (21cm))
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of children's sets will be donated to Bridge for Smile, a certified non-profit organization that provides support for children.

QWhat is the maximum number of people who can sleep together? If the number of people exceeds that number, is it not possible to use the room?

The maximum number of children sleeping in a twin/triple room is limited to 2, and the maximum number of children sleeping in a double room is limited to 1. If you have more than one child, please make a reservation with at least one of the children as an adult (and the fee will be charged for one adult). (The fee will also be charged to the first adult.) Therefore, we ask that you make a reservation for a triple or multiple rooms.
QI am worried that my child will fall off the bed.

In twin type rooms, one of the beds is adjacent to the wall, so you can put your child on that side of the bed to reduce the risk of a fall (double type rooms are not adjacent). (Double type rooms are not adjacent.) Bed guards can be also installed upon prior request.
Please note that the number of bed guards is limited and may not be available on days when we receive many requests.

Comfortable Stay for Families with Infants
For your convenience, baby cribs are available with advance reservation. Please note that these cribs, featuring low fences, are suitable for children aged 0 to 8 months. Kindly refrain from renting cribs for children who can stand on their own.
If you have inquiries about heating milk or baby bottles, utilize the electric kettles provided in the guest rooms. Please, feel free to request a microwave to our bell service staff for your convenience.
When making a reservation online, please specify your need for a crib. In such cases, our hotel will email you to confirm whether your child can stand on their own. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and pleasant stay for you and your little one.

Regarding the view from the guest room

QAre there separate bathrooms and toilets?

With the exception of suite-type rooms, all washrooms in the hotel are equipped with unit baths. These baths, although unit-style, offer a more spacious experience compared to typical business-style units, featuring a wider bathtub for your relaxation and comfort. QI heard that it is difficult to understand how to use the showers.

To customize your bathing experience, adjust the water volume by turning the top (shower water) and bottom (bathtub water) knobs to the left. Control the water temperature by turning the middle knob left or right. While we acknowledge it may have a learning curve, we invite you to embrace the unique and exotic atmosphere our bathing facilities provide.
